Shipping policy
Where do orders ship from?
Leash & Lane gear ships directly from our global suppliers, most of them in China. That's how we keep prices friendly. It also means delivery takes a little longer than a next-day order, so here's exactly what to expect.
Processing time
We take 1–3 business days to process your order and pass it to our supplier.
Delivery time
- United States: 7–15 business days after processing.
- Other countries: 10–20 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates. Busy seasons, holidays and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping costs
US orders over $40 ship free. Below that, and for international orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel makes its first hops, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.
Ordered more than one item?
Different items often come from different suppliers, so your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get tracking for each one. If one turns up before the other, the rest is on its way.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the US, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs office, aren't included in our prices or shipping and are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address or missing parcel
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because we can't redirect parcels once they've shipped. If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or your order is running past the estimate, email us at hanqi4272@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it up for you.
